I couldn't always remember how to do the signal, and that why it's better to have a clear idea before you start teaching because he learned them faster than me. Like my "spin" and "turn over" signal are very similar, and if I didn't do them the right way, he actually responded correctly even though the words didn't match, he followed my bad hand signals.
