Whenever my 11 week old starts to bite, I put a toy or chewy in front of him instead. You have to be persistent about it. He also started tugging at the potty pad. Just use the stern "NO", pick him up and give him a toy or chewy. Or squeal really sharp, when he tries to bite or tear, this sometimes distracts them enough, and then you can give them the replacement. The biggest thing to remember is keep giving him the right things to bite or tear at. This repetition seems to help with the job. Also they are never too young to start verbal training. Right now, Bra'Tac knows,"sit and stay" commands. He chooses not to use them sometimes, but with a little more training he should have them down soon. Be patient, and best of luck in your training.
