If this were a common occurance I would go to another groomer. Remember, they are working on live moving and sometimes scared dogs. Its easy to nick a mis-behaving dog. I have been grooming my own dogs for almost 30 years and I still nick one now and then. But she should have told you when you picked up the dog and at least given you a discount.
