Take a look at my album and see what the groomer did to my little Coco on Thursday. They were very upfront about it and apologized and didn't charge me for his groom but what the heck. Look at my babies ear. Hello!! I don't want to try every groomer around until I find a "good" one. My babies aren't guinea pigs. I don't know what I'm going to do. Talk about pissed. I hope your baby is doing better and the ointment helps. What is wrong with these people???
