  You are not an oddball......we do nothing special when we leave and our two just watch us go out the door and they quietly get on their pads no fuss.....they are real happy to see us come home......I had read or seen on tv the less fuss you make they are less likely to be anxious....I don't know if it is true but it sure works for my family.....
