There is no way to predict how they will grow even after bred. People and dogs just kinda grow the way they were meant to!
Now, granted if the breeder told you the pup was a certain weight before hand, i would seriously inquire with the breeder why that was misinterpreted. The parents' weights should have been freely disclosed to you beforehand
