Well I'm pretty sure I can yell at at the vets office staff because I hand delivered the paperwork at my dog's 1st visit to vet #2! And I really don't think vet #2 would have spayed her if he didn't see the paperwork! They were the ones that asked for the paperwork and they looked at everything to make sure she wasn't due for anymore shots at the first visit and they made sure the rabies certificate was good before she was spayed as well. So yeah I think I'm going to be yelling just a little.
