I like Jackson being bigger! Less things to worry about! He can jump off the couch and my bed easily without me worrying all the time about a broken leg or something. (I know it can still happen but it's less of a chance) and Jackson's around a lot of kids and other dogs and he can be rougher with them than he could if he was a tiny little thing.

He was 6 pounds at his 12 week appointment. And at his 16/17 week appt. he was already 8.6 pounds! By now (he hasn't been to the vet since) he's probably 9 pounds. He still seems so small to me though! But he's not "overweight" it's just his body type. He's a healthy little boy.

His parents were apparently 6 and 7 pounds but I never saw the parents so the breeder could've lied but I really don't care, LOL. I love him.
