If testing reveals nothing medically wrong with your baby, you might want to try a good shampoo containing oatmeal. Also, I have found great results with rubbing Lulu down with a small (about 1/4 teaspoon) amount of coconut oil. You don't want to use too much, just enough to melt into their skin. I also put about 1/4 teaspoon in her food or sometimes she licks it right off the spoon. I haven't noticed her scratching since using it. I have been using it for years for dry itchy skin (eczema actually) as well as cooking/ baking with it with great benefits and results and upon researching it further, found out it is good for our animals as well.
