I have never heard that a dog would eat their poop to mimic the owners cleaning it up. Also, I have never heard of bananas to stop a dog from eating poop. Like humans I would thing that would make him constipated

Spinach, pumpkin, meat tenderizer, and pineapple are the only things that I have ever heard for poop eaters. You need to pick ONE remedy and stick with it for a week.
If he eats the poop then you need to increase the amount you are giving until he stops eating poop. If you jump around and try one thing and then another you will not know what really works and
it will not build up in his intestines and become effective in stopping him. You need to be consistent in what you are trying to do. You haven't given anyone a long enough time to kick in. You can give the pineapple as a snack and not mix it into the food too. Deter is just a form of meat tenderizer but much more expensive.
What type of food are you feeding? That might be your issue too. If the food you are feeding is too high in grains they will eat their poop too.
