Something very similar happened to us and it may have been caused by lepto also. Ellie collapsed, went into shock and unresponsive.
All vaccines should be given AFTER given Benadryl from now on.
Lepto can make even the dogs who do "well" with it tired and cause some inappetance. Are his gums pink? If you don't think he is pulling out of this right, then he may need to stay at the vet office for awhile.
This is not terribly uncommon in Yorkies and long-term side effects of vaccination can include cancer, allergies, immune mediated diseases, etc.
