Have youy tried some salmon oil or something like that, it has helped chester, are her allergies food or the enviroment. I use laundry soap and dryer sheet with no perfumes or dyes, if she sleeps with you. If steriods help the she is allergic to the enviroment and not to the food, brush her to keep the oil glands working. I have used biogroom fluffy puppy tearless conditioning shampoo on chester and that has worked well. Look up apple cider vinegar mixed with water and that helped chester depending on how bad it is, just pour in on them, their was article in dog fancy magazine about it.
