So I was on
Dogs In Danger tonight and ran across this dog
Dogs In Danger: Our Dogs in Much Danger!
Here is the issue: they have several dogs at this shelter who's post state that they were surrendered to the local Humane Society. So how did they get on death row? I thought Humane Societies did not euthanize.
