You are both right...it is the dogs that suffer in the end, unfortunately. It does about as much good to not answer the questions as it does to be attacked for answering them honestly as is generally the case.
Will it change anything? Probably not...with the exception that the breeders are saving themselves the headache and stress of being raked over the coals for answering.
I guess I'm really having a hard time understanding why long time breeders are being ridiculed here because they don't go above and beyond to do something...
Where in the rules of YT does it state that's a requirement?
