Rose had a busy weekend as her parents 'checked out' Rose a couple times for some time away from the rehabilitation center. They went shopping for a while on Saturday, then home for a bit. Within 5 minutes of being home, her dad found Rose climbing on the kitchen counter (looking for a bowl so she could have some shredded cheese).
Sunday, they all went to see a family movie. She loved it.
She has been released from speech therapy!!

She still has some troubles seeing anything to the left. That peripheral issue will be something that they believe she will simply learn to live with during her life. - But I know God is so good, and she has had received so many miracles, so I'm praying for this to change too.
This week, her parents are lining up outpatient therapy schedules, talking with everybody at Rose's school about getting her back to school next week — and trying to convince Rose it's a good thing to go home and back to school -- because right now, Rose is asking nurses if she can stay at the rehabilitation center.
Pray for her confidence, this may be stemming from not being comfortable with her appearance right now. Lack of hair, huge scar and she has to wear a helmet all the time to protect her head.
