Some yorkies are just born with wavy hair. Depends on genetics and what not.
I've seen this video on youtube of a guy straightening this yorkies hair... even though it was straight to begin with. I think he was trying to make it 'perfect'. I also think she was a show dog.
Would I attempt to straighten a yorkies hair... probably not. Mine moves around a lot and I'd be afraid of burning her.
For the pee on the legs. You can do a sanitary trim and then shave the legs on the inside, is that where pee is getting onto?
