I would be very leery of offering her for adoption while not being spayed. As for the teeth not being taken care of I have a foster right now that is in terrible shape and was on deaths door because of his teeth. He's at least 10 and my vet said that his health issues were directly related to his teeth. I believe that LadyJane is correct about a second opinion. If you are in TX maybe she can help you find a vet that is willing to do the spay and dental regardless of whether or not she is going to a new home. Issues with teeth can lead to very serious problems like Truman has. They almost cost Truman him life.
