I would be very leery of offering her for adoption while not being spayed. As for the teeth not being taken care of I have a foster right now that is in terrible shape and was on deaths door because of his teeth. If you are in TX maybe she can help you find a vet that is willing to do the spay and dental regardless of whether or not she is going to a new home.
