It is not any different than if you brought another puppy home. Yorkies are very sensitive, you already know.
She has been the only baby for all of this time and now she is feeling threatened. Same reasons I never would have thought of bringing another puppy home when I had Muffin. I knew it would have broken her heart. Some are more sensitive than others, of course. Perhaps you could include her even more.
