What's a snaggle tooth? Maddie is starting to show double set on her bottom front and top front is slowly showing also. She's almost 6mos and just almost 4lbs. Her baby teeth are not showing signs of losening up at all. How long should i wait until she need to have them remove? Her permanent teeth are not completely out yet, just starting to.
