If you go to the vet, make sure someone is with you so you can monitor her on the way. If she starts to deliver on the ride, it could be very dangerous if you're not aware of it. We had pups Tuesday night and the first one came out feet first with no sac. She relaxed and the baby went back up. Luckily she contracted again before we left as the baby presented its feet again and this time, with another contraction, we were able to pull the baby out (alive). We were just about to leave on our way out to the ER when this happened. If this had happened in the car, it could have been bad. If you go, have someone with you and take supplies, including a good flashlight, just in case.
