I have the same problem giving my little man his tablets. What ever I did he always managed to spit his tablet out. In the end I was getting desperate so I crushed his tablet to a fine powder and added a little water to it and used a syringe to get the medication in him. He still fights it, but it's a lot easier for me to make him take his tablets.
