Ok, I'm ultra paranoid then because I won't even let Missy be approached by a poodle or a cocker spaniel LOL! The only dog that I trust around her completely is our pug dog Tang. I let her be around other animals, but I will not put her down within reach of them. She gets loads of socialization with people, it's just other dogs that I'm leery of. I just had to fork out 3,500 to repair a leg injury and I don't want to do it again!
And I hear ya on the rude comments...last night at Petcetera I got an "are you sure that's even a dog" comment.
