I have never heard of lymphangtasia. There are so many illnesses I've never heard of in our poor yorkies!! But I did some googling and it looks like intestinal biopsies should turn this up. But I am going to ask if they ever tested albumin levels. They did sooo much bloodwork that I could not possibly keep it all straight. They put all of her medical records online, in a "pet portal" so I have access to them all the time, but I'll just ask rather than try to sort through those - they are getting rather voluminous!

I am so excited and have my fingers crossed that Violet will be coming home today!!!
Ice cream has lactose and sugars and will definitely cause diarrhea in most dogs. I am not referring to frozen yogurt. I am talking about the yogurt with active cultures in it that you find in the dairy aisle. If you question this, google it...or, better yet, ask your vet. I give my pups vanilla yogurt and they love it and have no problem with it.

I do hope little Violet can come home today!!
