well if you suffered from it then you might see just how disabling it is. Either way- as long as the dog is well behaved and no one is taking advantage of anyone or anything then I don't see why it would be a problem or concern anyone.
Many website that sell service dog 'gear" recognize mental and psychological disabilities.
