I agree all dogs are different, I free feed peanut ( innova evo red meant small bites) and I only put out 1/4 of a cup, he doesnt even eat all of it, it takes him about 2 days to finish all of it...and peanut is healthy he is 4lbs! He is tiny though I bet his little tummy is the size of a plum. If you free feed just measure an amount at a time and see how much your furbaby eats and then go from there..thats how I did it
