The problem is we all believe we are responsible dog owners, even the one who lets
her child pull the tail of their pit bull. Have you ever heard anyone say "I own a dog
and I'm NOT a responsible dog owner?????" I think the people with the real answer
here are the insurance co's. Insurance co's will insure even in flood areas if you are
willing to pay more and in many cases pit owners do not even have that option
because the Ins. Co's have the #'s and they know with all the law suits because
of bites and worse they cannot gamble with this customer. On Monday 8-30-05
the entire province of Ontario banned breeding of pits or bringing any into to the
province. Kitchiner, Windsor and Winnipeg have done the same. In the states
Denver, Miami and Cincinnati have banned Pit bulls. I hate some of the threads
on YT and won't post unless it's something like this but if by making it a bit more
clear that it isn't "media" and save one child's life, it was worth this post.

First of all my comment is direct to the people who raise pit bulls to be fighters and aggressive not to the ones that are in loving homes. And I just said they get a lot of attention I did not say wethere good or bad.
Please dont take what everyone says so personal and try to read between the line!
