So she has a UTI but was her complete blood count normal? Is the vet sure that her abdomen isn't infected? If she isn't getting better, more tests need to be done. I also don't think it would hurt to do a Spec cPL for pancreatitis. Has she eaten anything out of the ordinary in the last week? It wouldn't be unheard of for something like pancreatitis (don't know that's what it is but the not being able to hold food down is concerning) because the it was touched during surgery and it can get "angry".
