first- she is BEAUTIFUL!
second- VERY common in small breed dogs- they have the same amount of teeth as other large breed dogs but just in a much smaller area so they are prone to these double rows- When she goes to get spayed point out that she has this double row and they will pull them out then- this will be less expensive than having it done as another surgery and just one less time that she has to be put under.
Small dogs are notorious for teeth issues so it is VERY important that you brush her teeth- daily if you can. She is young so get her used to it now- especially since she has the double row. Layla is 3 now and she gets her teeth brushed every morning and still hates it

but puts up with it and I haven't had to have her teeth done by the vet yet and I hope to never have to do it- i hear it can be pricey and I don't want to have her put under for something I can help avoid.
