It is possible it is from the food switch but it could also be coccidia. It would be best to have a vet check the stool for coccidia and other parasites. When puppies over eat they do get diarrhea so lets hope that is all it is.

I suggest you grind up some dry puppy food in a blender and just give them the ground up dry food. It is much easier than making mush and they are not as likely to over eat.
