Thanks for the info. I brush my Yorkie's teeth everyday. I am sure he can get infections like us humans, right~? He has a few double teeth, but I never had them pulled. There isn't any issues to get them pulled I don't feel since he's not acting like they hurt. He chews and plays ball, and hold that ball so tight when we play.

I've taken care of patients in a hospital, but not a dog. This is my first, and a very lovely beginning.
The world needs more people like megansmomma that are willing to look at the dog that no one else wants and help him heal and find his forever home. It has to be one of the most rewarding and unselfish things a person can do.
