Today I noticed Kobe limping on his left paw. When I attempted to hold and examine it he quickly tensed and tried to free his paw from my hand.
I noticed that his THUMB nail was very long and it curved; that seemed to be the nail that he didn't want me to touch.
But I noticed something weird: His right paw doesn't have a THUMB NAIL...only HIS LEFT PAW.
I grabbed the nail clippers and trimmed it down a bit (not much, because he was in pain and I'm a big crybaby when it comes to him
), but he still seems to be a little sad.
Do you think it's just that nail or could it be something worse??
He doesn't flinch until I reach his nail.
