 update
Last week I sent off a package to the Kong company for investigation. They asked for a bunch of information and are sending it to a private company that reviews complaints etc. They said it could take up to 6-8 weeks or longer to get a response from them so who knows where that leaves us and all the other dogs who may be choking on this same toy.
It is just sad to me that they seem to have brushed it off. Gracie will never be allowed Kong toys again if I have any say about it! |
