let me just say, how VERY lucky you were. I have to say i am uite surprised that they let it go for so little. Typically good owners already know very reputable people who would have taken him in a minute. I just pray that the little one did not have any health issues. This happened to a friend of mine, with a similar situation. Turned out, the little one had major health issues, and unfortunately....well, I'll leave it at that. PLEASE, take your little one to the vet and get a THOROUGH examination on him. Good luck to you and your little bundle of joy!!

They said "we have to get rid of her TODAY, can you please come see her??"
I drove an hour and a half to see her, and fell absolutely in love!! I told them there is no way I could pay $2000, and they said "we don't care, we just want to know she's going to a good home, just give us what you have"....
I ended up paying $500 for her. I felt bad because they paid $2800 from the breeder, but that's all I could afford at the time. After that, she was mine!!
It was fate, I believe. I am the luckiest mommy in the world to have her!! |
