How worried you should be depends - are there any symptoms that accompany this? If so, then yes, it could be a concern.
If he is asymptomatic, then it could be as Deb said above - but you'd still want to always be sure that his heart is given a very good listen every year and that you remind whomever is giving medical care of this "diagnosis", whether it is symptomatic or not.
