I am so sorry that you would have to give up your beloved Caanan. I agree with Ann that it can be rough for them. I pray you find the best home for him. When that time comes you may want to seek the guidance of some YT members that live in the UK. Maybe one of them might open their home & heart to another yorkie, or perhaps a member would know someone he would love him.
I'll be interested to see if the holistic vet does a skin scrapping -- I really had to push my vet to do one. But you need to make sure you tell him what was tried before - make sure you have the name of the antibiotic.
