The nipples do get harder when pregnant and also in a false pregnancy. I have 1 girl who was tied twice and got pregnant and the other girl tied 4 times and had a false pregnancy. So it is really hard to say. The girl who did get pregnant, didn't show until her 6 week and had pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound at the Vet. You'll just have to wait and see. When she is around 45 days take her to get ultrasound to confirm. If not, you'll go crazy wondering "is she or not". Good Luck!
