Well, that sounds horrible to me.. If you order something then you should get it for one. and for another, they should let you know that they will need to reorder an item in order for you to have it. Also I think its awful that you wait for months at times and then your still not sure if you have got all you ordered. Sounds wrong to me!! Not a business I would want to deal with. I like things upfront.. nothing hidden and no guesswork. But thats just me..
