You can never be reminded of this enough. In addition to checking the tightness of the harness, I also always double check the integrity of the plastic buckle attachment. One of my guys has serious aggression issues when he sees anything new (we are working on that, but its really tough training), if he were to get away he easily could run out into the street. I am trying to break him of trying to chase after cars - it would be heartbreaking if due to a mistake with the harness he were to get loose doing this.
