how about this. I googled chicken and rice balls dog treat recipes and got this. I'm sure that you could add boiled chicken easily. not sure about the sesame seeds for dogs though. better check that out before using them.

Rice Balls Dog Recipe

Preparation:

1. Boil water in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and cook the rice, covered, until tender and quite sticky. Remove the cover and let it cool.
2. When the rice is cool enough to handle, wet your hands and form rice balls 1 ½ inches in diameter. Spread the sesame seeds on a piece of wax paper and roll the rice balls in them. You can make about 24 rice balls with this recipe.

Ingredients:

* 2 cups of uncooked short-grained sushi or arborio rice (or use long-grain white rice)
* 4 cups of water
* Sesame seeds

Note:
Rice Balls offer the perfect solution for the hard to please eater who doesn't like to get his muzzle messy when munching up a plate of loose grains. The tiny balls can also be used as training treats.
