I would suggest a good trainer to help you show her what is hers and what is not so she knows what she can eat and what she can't. There was a Dog Whisperer episode about this if you can maybe catch the rerun. If I remember correctly when the dog would try to eat something that she was not allowed or dangerous Cesar would correct her (make the SHH sound) and when she ignored it and left it alone he would treat her. She eventually learned to ignore what was not hers to eat. You could try that I suppose..
