Okay .... dogs can't sweat
What is oozing from the wounds is lumphatic fluid
The same thing you see on people when we get a rug burn
and it can have a smell to it

But what she is reacting to after the surgery will depend on how long ago the surgery actually is
She could be having reactions to the anesthesia, the sutures, the pain meds she was on after the surgery

but all of these should be temporary
and I'd ask the Vet all about the possibilities
