I will NEVER understand that cruelty) and then darts away to hide behind me! She is one tough little street girl and climbs into any plastic or paper bag looking for scraps....she's already up to 8.3 lbs. so she's definitely not starving anymore!!
She has yeast in her ears and between her toes..probably because of the ongoing antibiotics for her: eye removal, tooth removal, spay surgery - geez! She's on two kinds of meds for it and anti-histamines for itching.
I get to talk to Leni-Mama (foster) pretty regularly and love that she keeps you up to date when I can't get onto Yorkie talk because of many obligations. I am really hoping this post makes it on to the thread - talk to you all soon!! Denise (angeldogmom) |
Welcome to YT Denise and thank you SO much for joining to give us updates on Ella!! She is so lucky to have found such a wonderful home!
As for her yeast...a little tip that might help. I have a pup with chronic yeast problems that stay under control with weekly baths and a rinse of warm water and vingegar (50/50) after. No rinse after. When he came to me, he was covered. He still gets it in his ears, so I have to be diligent, but not on his skin any more!
Thank you SO much for the Ella update!!
