Believe it or not, I don't control Google search and didn't know that my thread would end up as one of the top results when googling the name of this online boutique. I also had no idea that this was a one-person shop.

I will state again that I was totally truthful and accurate about what happened. However, since I don't want to snatch bread from starving children's mouths , maybe we can reach a compromise.

I am willing to request that Admin close this thread and re-name it to something less inflamatory, like "Customer Service Complaint About MarilynMuttBoutique online". I have every right to tell people I'm unhappy with your company, but it's not my wish to hurt you with suppliers or whoever it is you feel is going to take you down. I'm posting this here because I want it to be completely clear what's going on. I don't appreciate being called a liar, but I don't want devastate anyone either. Please PM me if this is acceptable to you.
