I do hope that you are not placed into our situation. Using this clients name was to prove that this is a happening that is not normal to our business. If this is what we do on a regular basis - then there is no way that we would known this persons real name.

And please, tell me why it is that you believe that this person is able to use our name, however - you believe that we should not be able to use their name? Why is it that you believe that this person who is slandering this compamuy should not be known? Should they not own up to there slander? Or, do you believe that they should hide behind a false name? Why should you - as well as they, be offended that they are known, if what they are saying to be - is the truth. It does not go one way. One can not make slanderous remarks and hide behind a false name and expect to be unknown.

Being that you are thinking of joining the dog retail, there is a lot that you will learn. It is NOT unusual to not allow a cancellation once an order has been placed. As well, it is NOT unusual that one can not receive a refund, but only - exchanges. We, offer refunds, but there are those who do not.

Again, until you are placed into our situation - you can not pass judgement. We would only hope that you would defend your company if someone is slandering you, rather than sitting back and allowing these lies to occur.

You are only thinking about entering into pet retail. I can only wish you the best and suggest that you do research, there is a lot you need to learn. I can only hope that you do not come across the slander of which we have. And, should you - I can only hope that you do not just set back, but that you defute the argument. Again, this person should be known and not be hidden behind a false name.
