oh Angie, I am so sorry, I have no experience with neutering, but I would tell you that my Harry can't take medicam he vomits and gets letargic, so when Prada went for her spay I asked the vet for another pain killer he gave her rimadyl and she did great on it. so maybe he can't tolerate the medicam.. I will keep Regie in my prayers...
