I know first hand what a costly medical bill just for me and ONE pre term baby was, and we thankfully had great Insurance that paid for our care that we both needed. I can only Imagine what her medical bills are going to add up to! This lady was most likely in the hospital for some time before she gave birth to her 8 babies, with the risk of caring that many babies at once involves, you know she was being watched closely. So add that into the equation too!
They said the estimate for the babies is about $3 mil by the time they are released. That has nothing to do with her maternity care and if she had to be hospitalized for a stretch before delivering.
