There is a big debate over this. Grain alcohol is the main ingredient besides water. Alcohol is used to bring out the effects of ingredients in some products but in this particular one, it seems that the content is way too high. I have heard of stomach upset but nothing serious. TLC's board certified animal dentist told her that with the amount of alcohol, it would be possible to make a small dog drunk I guess. The thread is here somewhere. Obviously it is dose dependent but some of us just aren't comfortable giving an alcohol-based product.
