Are you treating for fleas?? If she is allergic to them, you may want to treat her. I don't know if you would want to use a spray if she is covered with a rash....... you still may want to call the vet and ask.
(we used to use an oatmeal spray on our mini schnauzer and it worked wonderfully. It really soothed the rash and help with itching. We purchased it at our vet's office.)
