Possibilities... I received my yorkie and she was given to me because of this reason. They told me when I was first taking her that she was almost two, and had been spayed. When I looked at her vet records after I got her, it showed that she was not even a year old yet when I got her. The reason they gave her away was because she was almost 100% potty-trained, and after she was spayed, she began pottying all over the house again, would go in front of the door, then bark. Now that I have her, she does try to let me know, however sometimes, she just cant make it. She has done it right between my legs before, and I dont think she does it on purpose, or to be spiteful. I really believe that she cant help herself. I have been told that there is a possibility of her being "nicked" when she was spayed, and that messes with her ability to control herself. I did not have her before she was spayed, or directly after, just a few months later and I am trying my hardest to figure out what is going on? Sounds like we have the same issue? |
