Primrose is the kennel name of the lady that had Roscoe's daddy and I dont think she is breeding anymore. Just didnt know if Roscoe had a distant cousin! LOL She was in Maryland but retired to Florida. I never met her personally but actually met her a few years later on a yorkie forum and she sent me pictures of Roscoe's daddy.
